PLENACOL® is an injectable aesthetic product based on poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biodegradable synthetic polymer used in collagen-stimulating treatments. It is designed to support the skin's natural collagen production, helping to improve the appearance of skin quality, firmness and facial volume over time. Unlike hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, which can provide immediate volume, PLLA-based treatments work progressively as the body produces new collagen. Collagen stimulation It supports the production of collagen, which contributes to the skin's structure and firmness. Gradual volume restoration May help address the appearance of volume loss and changes in facial contour as collagen develops. Improved skin firmness Collagen remodelling may help improve the appearance of skin density, firmness and elasticity. Natural-looking rejuvenation Results are intended to develop progressively, rather than relying exclusively on immediate filler volume. How many sessions are needed? For facial PLLA treatments, 2–3 sessions, typically spaced around 4 weeks apart, depending on the patient's needs and the specific product protocol. Results can last up to 2 years

Are deposits for courses refundable if I change my mind? Unfortunately due to certification costs Deposits paid for courses are non-refundable. In the event of cancelation we also would need to pay staff to attend to carry out treatments on your booked models. What happens to funds paid for a course if I don’t turn up or cancel? Funds for a course (deposit and/or full course funds) will not be refundable and course dates will not be transferable. Please note that we hold course spaces for students and if they do not attend or cancel we loose out on a full course cost. If your full course balance has not been paid yet and you do not attend, please note that we may contact you via legal representatives to retrieve any costs incurred. If you wish to book a new date after this we would ask you to make payment in full before reserving any future bookings. If you cancel within 72 hours of training and you have already paid the full course cost, this will not be refundable as it leaves us no time to fill this place and we will be at a loss of the full course cost. If you cancel within 72 hours and you have not paid in full we will attempt to recover the full cost of the course and this will still be payable. If for any reason you do not attend due to medical reasons, you MUST provide proof of medical when requested and we may offer to put you on a cancelation list for an alternative course date for the same course only, however this will not be refundable due to company loses. We will only consider offering you a place on our cancelation list if we are provided of proof that medical reasons prevented you from attending your booked dates. For Medical reasons preventing you from attending your booked course we would still require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Cancelling due to covid-19 If you are unable to attend due to covid, we will only reschedule your course with an emailed PCR Certificate with name and date of birth present along with Photo ID. This must show your test was positive within 3 days of your course date.
