By reducing muscle activity, Botox helps soften the appearance of dynamic wrinkles — the lines formed by repeated facial expressions such as frowning, squinting, or smiling. One of the key benefits of Botox is its ability to create a smoother, more refreshed appearance without altering your natural features. Treatments are quick, minimally invasive, and require little to no downtime, making them a convenient option for those with busy lifestyles. Many clients also appreciate the preventative benefits, as Botox can help slow the formation of deeper lines over time. Botox is commonly used to improve the appearance of: • Forehead lines • Frown lines (between the eyebrows) • Crow’s feet (around the eyes) • Bunny lines (nose wrinkles) • Chin dimpling • Jawline slimming and teeth grinding (in appropriate cases) Results typically develop gradually over several days, with full effects visible within one to two weeks. Botox is a temporary treatment, but its effects are long-lasting. On average, results last 3 to 4 months, although some individuals may enjoy benefits for up to 5 to 6 months depending on factors such as metabolism, muscle strength, lifestyle, and treatment area. With regular maintenance treatments, many clients find that results may last longer over time as muscle activity becomes more controlled. Your practitioner will recommend a personalised treatment schedule based on your goals and response to treatment.

Are deposits for courses refundable if I change my mind? Unfortunately due to certification costs Deposits paid for courses are non-refundable. In the event of cancelation we also would need to pay staff to attend to carry out treatments on your booked models. What happens to funds paid for a course if I don’t turn up or cancel? Funds for a course (deposit and/or full course funds) will not be refundable and course dates will not be transferable. Please note that we hold course spaces for students and if they do not attend or cancel we loose out on a full course cost. If your full course balance has not been paid yet and you do not attend, please note that we may contact you via legal representatives to retrieve any costs incurred. If you wish to book a new date after this we would ask you to make payment in full before reserving any future bookings. If you cancel within 72 hours of training and you have already paid the full course cost, this will not be refundable as it leaves us no time to fill this place and we will be at a loss of the full course cost. If you cancel within 72 hours and you have not paid in full we will attempt to recover the full cost of the course and this will still be payable. If for any reason you do not attend due to medical reasons, you MUST provide proof of medical when requested and we may offer to put you on a cancelation list for an alternative course date for the same course only, however this will not be refundable due to company loses. We will only consider offering you a place on our cancelation list if we are provided of proof that medical reasons prevented you from attending your booked dates. For Medical reasons preventing you from attending your booked course we would still require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Cancelling due to covid-19 If you are unable to attend due to covid, we will only reschedule your course with an emailed PCR Certificate with name and date of birth present along with Photo ID. This must show your test was positive within 3 days of your course date.
